Taxes are automatically calculated on purchases made in Canada, based on the laws in effect in the province of the order's delivery. Taxes are not applicable in the United States. Evelya disclaims all liability for shipping duties or taxes, regardless of the circumstances.

The obligations and responsibilities incurred by the parties prior to the termination date shall remain in effect after termination of this agreement for all purposes.
