McGill's Emergency Medicine Conference is a one-day, in-person event located in the heart of Montreal. Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to engage with distinguished speakers and abstract competition winners during enlightening talks. These sessions will be followed by hands-on workshops facilitated by experienced staff physicians and EM residents, offering a well-rounded educational experience that caters to diverse learning styles and interests.

Our conference aims to create a welcoming environment where students can learn, collaborate, and connect with their peers and emergency care physicians.

NEW THIS YEAR!  We are proud to introduce an expert panel: “Pulse Check: Behind the Scrubs of Emergency Medicine.” This bilingual session will bring together 4 to 5 emergency physicians from a range of practice settings for an open and honest discussion on the lived realities of emergency medicine. The panel will explore the human and professional dimensions of the specialty, diving into topics such as wellness, leadership, and career longevity.
