Join us for an OrangeTheory Fitness fundraiser for PowerHub on Saturday, February 21 at 2:00 PM at OrangeTheory Fitness TMR (2380 Lucerne Rd). Wear red and take part in a coach-led workout open to all fitness levels.

This event supports PowerHub, in partnership with the McGill University Health Centre P.O.W.E.R. Women’s Cardiovascular Health Program. The program focuses on women’s cardiovascular health through prevention, research-based care, personalized approaches, innovative tools, and inclusive clinical research shaped around women’s needs.

Your registration includes a wellness kit. Bring workout clothes, running shoes, water and a friend! Spots are limited!
