In the event of a security breach, we will notify customers and users as soon as possible within an ideal timeframe of 72 hours. If you are a Stripe user, we will retain your personal data as long as we provide you with services. We may retain Personal Information necessary for the platform, for a period not exceeding 5 years after the student's studies end. We will retain Personal Data after we stop providing you with Services, even if you close your Lexya account or are no longer a student, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and for monitoring, detecting, and preventing fraud. We also retain Personal Data to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial obligations, where we are required to retain data by our contractual commitments to our financial partners, and where data retention is mandated by the payment methods we support. When we retain data, we do so in accordance with the prescription periods and document retention obligations imposed by applicable law.
