Get ready for the ultimate face-off! The Faculty of Health Student Caucus (FHSC)  and the Kinesiology & Health Science Student Organization (KAHSSO) proudly present the Professor Dodgeball Showdown. Join us for an action-packed afternoon where students battle it out in professor-led teams in a dodgeball tournament. The winning team will be crowned with fun prizes!

***If you sign up as a group, your team will be randomly assigned to a professor as the captain: ex. Team PROF NAME - all members should fill out this form! Make sure to list all of the members on your team when purchasing tickets, and we will try our best to put you on the same team.

***If you sign up as an individual, you will be randomly assigned to a professor-led team
